General conditions of purchase

The simple acceptance of the purchase by confirming the order placed implies that you accept these conditions, which govern in the absence of specific conditions, the relationship between you and The Magazine Club.

By accepting the contract you declare:

a) that you have the capacity to contract, in accordance with the applicable Spanish regulations;
b) that you’re +18 years old or or have your parent’s permission to purchase on our store;
c) you have read and accepts each and every one of these General Conditions:

1. Personal data
   We respect your privacy and will not share your personal data with any third party.
   

2. Payments
   We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
   

3. Shipping information
   We ship twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) from Madrid (Spain) and only within Europe. Depending on where you are, shipping takes from 3 to 15 business days. For shipping outside Europe or faster delivery, please contact us before making any purchases.

4. Return policy
   Due to the current situation with COVID-19 and social interaction rules, The Magazine Club doesn’t accept returns. We took this decision in order to keep our goods under control and guarantee total safety for all our customers.
